We obviously want you to be totally happy with your purchase, which includes a hassle free returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.
If a part is faulty or defective then we’re really sorry. Return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we’ll arrange a refund or for a replacement part to be sent to you. We will provide a a pre-paid postage label for you to return the item.
If you’ve simply had a change of heart you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in re-saleable condition and its original packaging or we won’t be able to refund you. You must pay the cost of returning the item.
To return an item you’ll need a Returns Number, please call our Customer Service Department on 01273 921691 to arrange your return We’ll email you your Returns Number and a pre-paid postage label for you to print out. If you don’t have a printer, please write your Returns Number on the original delivery note and include with the item. Please don’t write on the packaging.
Package your item securely and return it to us within 14 days of getting your returns number.
